Conditions of Use

1. Place an Order

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us and it means that we have successfully received your order. However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subjected to acceptance by us. The contract between us will only be made when we send shipping details of the goods have been dispatched. Ownership of the consignment passes to the customer when Innotrends have received full payment. The consignment will be at customers risk from the time of delivery.

2. Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will contact you individually, if the items you ordered are out of stock.
We regret that during the sales it may not always be possible to fulfill all the orders and some may be cancelled without notification from us due to the high volume of transactions.

Available Dashlinq models will be shipped out within 2 weeks after the payment received.

3. Delivery Online Orders

We can only send to the address you provide with making payment, even if you supply a different delivery address through the WebStore checkout process. Please ensure you supply the card holders or PayPal registered address when making payment to avoid any delays.  

Online orders will be shipped worldwide using UPS, DHL or FedEx or other Express Services who guarantee the arrival of most goods to their destination from 5-10 business days. (Exceptions may apply during sales period)

Tracking numbers are supplied for every order. Please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout to keep up to date with your order.  

4. International Customers

Every country has different customs rates and laws. This is the buyer's duty to the government. Customs is the international buyer's responsibility. Buyers should check with Customs in their country about any import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee before buying.

We will NOT be responsible for any customs and/or carrier charges and no refund will be made.

If buyer refuses to pay any customs and/or carried charges, and package ends up returning back to us we will charge the buyer for any customs and/or carrier charges plus Shipping cost to and from buyer (Buyer will get partly refund). If those charges are greater than item cost we have the right to declare it abounded/destroyed with the carrier, and no refund will be applied to buyer.

In addition, the order we ship out cannot be marked as a gift or sample so the value cannot be marked down. We are not responsible for any actions taken by customs in relation to package during shipping.

5. Refunds

You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days after you receive the items, providing the items are in original condition. Once you decide to return your order, please enclose a note including following information;

- Your full name, address and postcode
- Your order number

6. Important Note for Returning Items

To return the items, you are responsible for the return shipping charge and please ensure that the items are securely packaged, complete and place a return address label on the parcel. Postage cost will only be refunded if the items are faulty.
We recommend that you send the returns by Recorded Delivery or only similar method of shipping which provides written proof that the package has been dispatched.
Regrettably, without such proof of postage, we cannot accept any claims for lost items.

7. Faulty items and Received incorrect items

We take great care to process your order but if you receive a faulty item, please contact us. We will respond as soon as possible and instruct you on how to deal with this problem, please do not send the item back to us without contacting us first.
If you receive incorrect item, please send the items back to us, on receipt of these we will send you the correct item. The cost of shipping the incorrect item will be fully refunded to you.
